Why should I use the Dedicated Offshore Team option?  
The Dedicated Offshore Team service gives you the option of hiring one person, or an entire team, that works exclusively for you on your projects. You get to interview and choose the best people for your job, at a rate far lower than what you pay your local developers.
 
Do you guarantee the quality of the work?  
Contact offshore will gives you 100% quality work guarantee, because your dedicated staff will be observed by our Project Manager, and your management, to ensure that you will get quality work.
 
Do your resources speak English?
All of our professionals are English speaking, college educated, and have excellent spoken and written communications skills.
 
What is your company staff?
We have 650 technical employees with an average of 5 years working experience per employee. All engineers hold University degrees in applied mathematics and/or computer science, and are fluent in English (written and spoken).
 
How do I pay for the resources I hire?
We bill every two weeks. Payment is then due via check or wire transfer, to our US office in Irving, TX.
 
If I hire 3 resources and want 2 more, how soon can I get them?
Generally, for unscheduled events, we can have resources available within 1-2 weeks.
 
If I hire 3 resources and want to scale back to 1, is there a fee?
No. We require a fifteen day notice to discontinue service, in order for us to budget effectively.
 
Do I pay for my developers holiday or sick time?
No! You will only pay for the actual work time billed by your software developers. We look after sick pay and holidays.
 
How do I interact with my developers?
You can communicate with your developers via email, web chat, video conferencing, or by giving us a call during office hours. The preferred method of "Daily Task Assignment" and "Daily Status Reporting" is by email.
 
How can I be sure that I am getting good people?
Before you take on any of our developers, you are able to interview them yourselves, to determine their suitability for the job.
 
How secure is my source code and commercial secrets?
Security procedures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to any client specific data by developers not working on the project. Email attachments are limited to only Excel Progress Reporting sheets, and none of the PC's have portable data storage drives. We also provide the option of working directly on the Client's servers, so that the code always resides with the client. 
 
What happens if I have problems with my developer?
if your feel some problem with your developer, the first point of call for problems is the Team Manager. If the problem is serious, you can directly communicate with one of the Senior Managers assigned to your Company. Yes, it is possible to switch to another developer if necessary.
